Terms of use
Medical disclaimer. ADHD Helper is information only. It is not medical advice and it is not a diagnosis. Nothing here is a substitute for assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a registered clinician. ADHD assessment and treatment are clinical matters for the NHS, your GP or a suitably qualified provider. If you are in crisis, contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.

Who we are
ADHD Helper is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd (company number 16833937), registered office Cust Hall, Toppesfield, Halstead, Essex CO9 4EB, ICO registration ZC151816. It is an independent editorial, information and introducer service, not a clinic, prescriber or diagnostic provider.
Acceptance and changes
By using this site you accept these terms. We may update the site, its tools and these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies, and the "last reviewed" date shows when it last changed.
Information, not medical advice
Our guides, comparisons and explainers are general information to help you understand ADHD, how assessment works in the UK, and the options that may help. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or personalised clinical advice. A self-assessment or symptom checklist on this site can never diagnose ADHD; only a qualified clinician can. Where we cite a figure or guideline we name the source, such as the NHS, NICE or the Royal College of Psychiatrists, but you should rely on a clinician for decisions about your health.
Introductions and affiliate links
Where you ask, we may introduce you to an assessment provider so they can contact you; that provider is responsible for the assessment, care and contract they offer, on their own terms. The site does not currently carry advertising. As of July 2026, no link to a product or provider on this site is a live affiliate or introducer link, so none of them earns us a commission today; our only commercial income is our own clearly labelled supplement store. If an affiliate or introducer link is ever added, we may earn a commission if you buy or book through it, at no extra cost to you, and this will be disclosed on the relevant pages and in our cookie policy. None of this influences our editorial view or which options we cover.
Acceptable use
Please use the site fairly. Do not scrape or republish our content commercially without permission, introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to or interfere with the operation of the site.
Intellectual property
The content on ADHD Helper belongs to, or is licensed to, Best Business Loans Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may quote brief extracts with attribution and a link back. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to external sites and sources, we do so for your convenience and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is provided on an "as is" basis. You act on the information at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions, taken with a qualified professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from acting on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law. See our privacy policy for details and your rights.
Complaints and governing law
If you have a question or complaint, see the contact page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
