What we cover

We help adults do three things: find an ADHD assessment, whether through the NHS, NHS Right to Choose or a private provider, compare the products and tools people use to manage ADHD, and understand ADHD in plain English. We explain how the routes work and what to expect, so you can have a better-informed conversation with a clinician.

How we work

Our guides are written in plain English and grounded in guidance from bodies such as the NHS, NICE and the Royal College of Psychiatrists. We are clear about the limits of self-help and that diagnosis and treatment are decisions for a registered clinician. This site is information, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified clinician.
